Because clinical services and prepared therapies are rendered or compounded uniquely for you, completed services are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Unused prepaid sessions or packages may be eligible for credit at the discretion of the practice.
- Unopened, factory-sealed retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case in coordination with your clinician.
