The $199 New Client Special includes one specific service and a $30 medical screening fee, which is non-refundable. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment results in forfeiture of the fee. A $30 rescheduling fee applies to reschedule a missed appointment. You will review and agree to these terms before payment.
